Vegetarian Potatoes and Tortilla

A totally delicious dish. Even the pickiest child (or even adult) would be happy.

Vegetarian Broccoli And Almonds

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 3 minutes

Vegetable Beans

This recipe is super easy. You can get all of the ingredients from the dollar store too!

Vegetarian Tomato Salsa

I would not worry if you don't have coriander. The onion, jalapeno and tomatoes are sure to satisfy.

Vegetarian Dessert

Orange juice and fruit. You can buy the fruit frozen in bags at Dollar Tree here in the United States.

Vegetarian Tomato And Pea Penne

I love, love, love peas. Have you ever mixed peas in your pasta?

Vegetarian Broccoli With Marinara Sauce

The duo are perfect together, better than melted cheese!

In Opinion

Kids who are vegetarian have it rough sometimes. Often, they go to a person's house, a party, etc. and have nothing there that they can eat. So, their tummy goes hungry until they get home, which could be for hours.

I recommend this cookbook to anyone clueless about the vegetarian diet so that their vegetarian guests may be fed.

I give Jessica Dryher's cookbook a 5-star rating.
