Event:
Find out what the meat-eaters are missing
Whether you are vegetarian or not, Red Spice QV's Vegetarian Feast will have you singing vegetables' praises. The restaurant's eight-course vegetarian banquet will showcase how vegetables can shine in their own right and can be used to produce a filling and delicious meal, without the need for meat.

Nori cracker, spinach, eggplant, sesame, miso, Japanese plum

The banquet will provide food both herbivores and carnivores will admire equally, with all eight gourmet dishes being not only vegetarian, but also inviting and full-flavoured.

Green mango, cashew, herb, chilli, jicama, red radish salad

The mouthwatering menu includes:
Nori cracker, spinach, eggplant, sesame, miso, Japanese plum
Pumpkin split pea fritter, tomato curry, turmeric yoghurt, betel leaf
Master stock braised fennel, egg tofu, tempeh, satay sauce
Green mango, cashew, herb, chilli, jicama, red radish salad
Paneer tikka: grilled Indian spiced palek paneer
Brussels sprout kung pao: brussel sprouts wok fried w/ peanuts, chilli, Sichuan pepper, soy, black vinegar
Potato dumplings, mushrooms, snow pea tendrils, red curry paste

And, it ends with mandarin cheesecake, smashed meringue, Nutella, popcorn and lemon balm for dessert.

This will be the restaurant's second Vegetarian Feast, with nothing but praise being reported for last year's vegetable revering banquet.

Whether you're trying the meat-free lifestyle for a night or celebrating your vegetarian lifestyle and love for vegetarian food, Red Spice QV's spread will leave you with a fresh appreciation for veggies.
