Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, a cooking enthusiast or simply looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle, the Australian School of Meditation's vegetarian cooking classes are a wonderful way to learn more about vegetarian cuisine and enhance your cooking skills. ASM is located in West End and host weekly meditation, yoga and lifestyle classes.


Cooking classes are held every two months and each class features a different cooking style including mouth-watering gourmet, exotic Middle Eastern, quick and easy vegetarian, and energy boosting raw foods.

The classes are small and intimate and students can enjoy their culinary creation at the end of each class. The recipes are tasty, simple and nutritious and all printed in a take home booklet. Classes are $40 per person and run for four hours.
