Don't miss a visit to the Jade Buddha for Universal Peace. It is the largest Buddha carved from gemstone quality jade in the world. The Jade Buddha weighs 4 tonnes and is 2.5 metres high and sits on an alabaster throne of close to 1.6 metres high.
The StupaView Café will also be open serving up delicious lunch options, decadent desserts and hot and cold beverages. There is also a shop where you can purchase a variety of gifts, including many Jade items.

The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion is located approximately 160km from Melbourne and 13 km from Bendigo. There is plenty of parking available on-site with a gold coin donation supporting the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk.
