It's not always easy to gobble just the fruit and nuts from a heavy cheese laden platter, as yours truly did at a family gathering last night. However, if you are able to prepare a stunning plant-based dish to take along and share .....you can not only eat but impress other dinner guests too!
Pictured is a stirfry cashew and vegetable dish, with a bed of noodles, that was enjoyed by all last night. So simple to prepare with ginger, garlic, maple syrup and splashes of Tamari soy sauce but so tasty.
