Back by popular demand, Oriental Teahouse is holding a vegan yum cha evening on 3rd December. Yum cha sessions will be held at 6pm and 8pm offering a serving of the 15 plant-based menu items that are currently available. The event will feature the limited-edition vegan dumplings the restaurant launched on World Vegan Day, including the tantalising Beyond Meat beef dumpling. The menu also includes a plant-based 'beef' shredded steak in a sticky sweet chilli sauce served with string beans and sesame seeds and a plant-based 'chicken' and shallot wonton with wood ear mushroom, sesame, bamboo in a spring onion dressing.
Bookings are encouraged through the website or over the phone, but walk-ins are also welcome.
