The Mermaid Sorority is a busy little school of sirens. They host several different markets around the Mornington Peninsula including the Langwarrin Makers Market, the Phillip Island Design & Makers Market and now the Vegan Makers Market on the Mornington Peninsula.
This debut vegan-styled market is sure to attract a crowd and what better excuse for city slickers to take a trip to the serene peninsula. The Mornington Peninsula is the perfect location for a boutique market that is themed to include 100% vegan, cruelty-free and ethically sourced products.
Over 80 stalls will be offering a selection of health and beauty products, fashion and accessories, homewares, décor and decorator items, gifts and fashion. Situated both inside and out, enjoy the soothing ambience as live musicians provide a soundtrack of beautiful, carefully selected music in the background.
Take your time admiring the wares – and be sure and think Christmas as we near the silly season, then stop for a while and enjoy something to eat courtesy of the food trucks serving hot and fresh alongside.
Patrons are asked to bring their own environmentally friendly shopping bags, or maybe you can purchase something suitable while you are there.
The Vegan Makers Market is being held on Sunday 1st October 2017 from 10am to 3pm at the Civic Reserve Leisure Centre Stadium, 350 Dunns Road, Mornington. There is onsite parking and entry to the market is free.
