This Saturday, participate and watch The Raw Food Girl's online workshop, as she passionately runs through why it is important to eat healthy, but to be creative with your sweets. This interactive workshop can be accessed online from anywhere from 2pm Western (Australia) Standard Time and is recorded and sent to all attendees to re-watch as many times you want. As a participant to her info jam-packed workshop, you will receive endless info about plant-based eating, hands-on raw food preparation, understand how sugar affects you and why, understanding who it is important to stay away from an emotional eating habit, disease prevention through food choices, eat for health and vitality and how to stay on track with healthy eating and lifestyle choices. All online workshop attendees will receive The Raw Food Girl's dessert eBook to download, called Raw Chocolate and Sweets and Treats.
