Fancy a vegan food and shopping crawl through Fitzroy? You'll get your chance this month! Hosted by The Vegan Grocery Store , the Vegan Day Out is a self-guided walking vegan tour of Fitzroy. The event will be held on Saturday September 10 and Sunday September 11.



Head to The Vegan Grocery Store on either day and make a $5 donation to Edgar's Mission . You'll then receive a Vegan Day Out map complete with discount vouchers plus tips on cheap vegan eats and shopping around Fitzroy.

While you're at The Vegan Grocery Store, you can experience free vegan tastings, samples and freebies. You can even grab some specials on groceries in-store over the course of the weekend. Plus, there'll be a live DJ and vegan sausage sizzle. Your $5 donation to Edgar's Mission will also put you in the draw for a chance to win a vast selection of vegan goodies.

Once you receive your map, head off on your own self-guided vegan tour of Fitzroy. Vegan Day Out will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day of the weekend.

Fitzroy is well known as Melbourne's vegan heartland, so what better way to sample the best vegan food Melbourne has to offer! Bring your family and friends, and make a day out of it while enjoying delicious vegan food and products.
