Wouldn't it be lovely to come home from work each night and have a chef in your kitchen preparing a scrumptious healthy meal for you? Well, I did not become a famous Hollywood star so that is not an option, however, there are many businesses now offering home-cooked meals right to your door.

, located in the Samford Village , is just the place to go for healthy prepared meals for your lunch, dinner or even plan your party from their extensive menu options on the website. The website has photographs of all the meals and going through them just makes you want to eat the page. Options include Individual Meals, Buddha Bowls, Sauces, Treats and Snacks.

The term "Vegan" came about by a group of vegetarians who in 1944 in England decided they did not want to consume any dairy, eggs or any other animal products in conjunction with refraining from meat, as vegetarians do.

As I am gluten intolerant and I am not a lover of slaving over a stove when I get home from work, prepared meals are my favourite option and I am always on the lookout for new choices from reputable providers. Although I am not Vegan or Vegetarian, I choose meals that are healthy, fresh and balanced for my whole system.

All meals from are one hundred percent plant-based, organic and are prepared by a Chef who sources local produce, thereby not only giving you the best quality ingredients but also aiding other producers to prosper as well.

Ordering is simple. Click on a meal or treat you wish to purchase and a larger photograph will appear on your screen. Under each meal option there are icons, which allow you to know if the meal is Gluten Free, Vegan, Organic or Vegetarian. A brief description of each meal can be seen under the Menu tab giving you the knowledge of exactly what to expect when you receive your meals. If there are any special requests for this meal, you can type this into the section provided and the chef will try to accommodate this for you. You may be allergic to almonds but not to macadamia, then this is where you type this difference. Then click on the large red bar at the bottom that says, "Add to my order". You can also add the number of meals you wish to buy if it is more than one.

is donating five percent of all online meals purchased to Foodbank Queensland . Over 200,000 people find themselves in a situation each month without food to eat and one in four of these is a child. Foodbank is a wonderful organisation Australia wide who supplies essential food and grocery items for those in need.

Currently, in the process, is opening a new kitchen in Everton Hills where they will be offering pick up and take away. Choice of menu will change with the seasons offering warmer, comfort foods in winter and lighter meals when the weather warms into spring and summer.

As well, will be opening a cooking school for adults and children where we can all learn how to make tasty raw desserts, meals and sauces.
