Pro Golf Experiences invites all golfers to participate in the upcoming 'Vanuatu Charity Golf Day' on Monday 4th May to help raise much needed funds for the Oxfam Cyclone Pam Emergency Appeal.
Cyclone Pam is considered to be one of the worst cyclones ever seen in the Pacific region and caused widespread devastation and loss of life in Vanuatu in March 2015. Around 166,000 people, more than half of Vanuatu's population, have been affected by Cyclone Pam on 22 islands. 75,000 people are in need of shelter and 110,000 people are without access to safe drinking water.
All proceeds raised from the 'Vanuatu Charity Golf Day' will be donated to the Oxfam Cyclone Pam Emergency Appeal.
Players of all abilities are welcome.
Registration is at 11am, with a shotgun start at 12:30pm. This event is a 4 person ambrose and players without a handicap will be allocated one on the day.
The entry fee is $130 pp - which includes lunch, golf and dinner. A charity auction will also be held after the event.
