No blood involved
I'm not exactly a girly-girl. Sure, I love playing with makeup from time to time but when it comes to my nails, I'd rather just keep them plain and short, not exactly attractive but low maintenance. I always thought getting my nails done would be cumbersome, why should I? Then I had my first vamp manicure. What's a vamp manicure? Well, head to VAMP Nails and that's one of the many services you can try. So, that's what I did.
Driving to Fitzgibbon, I was a bit sceptical at first. Entering a lovely home and the bottom floor out back, you are treated to a semi-goth style room. There is a clean, modern table, set up with nails tools and an armoire for partners (I'm sure there's been a few waiting for ladies to get their nails taken care of).
Tyne, the gorgeous lady who will do your nails, makes you feel right at home offering you a drink before you begin. Then it's all business. Tyne is professional and very kind. I immediately felt at home. She knows her stuff and is very artistic. She makes sure to take care of your nails, and unlike many nail salons you might find in the shopping centres, she will make sure your nails are done perfectly. When she's done you cannot help but keep looking at your nails. Mine glint back at me and typing this article right now I feel very feminine. A manicure with VAMP Nails proved to me that getting your nails done is worth it - and you don't have to worry about maintenance either, they are pretty much the same as cutting your nails and leaving them plain, a gel is applied so you don't need to worry about chips and what not.

I'm a converted nailaholic thanks to VAMP Nails. Give Tyne a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.
