You can expect a weekend of high thrills and action-packed racing at the Coates Hire Ipswich 400 V8 Supercars.

The race is 400km over three days at Queensland Raceway on 1-3 August. Add to that the practice, qualifying and the inaugural True Colour Track Walk, and you've got a motorsport fun filled weekend.

During the two sessions of compulsory pit stop practice, grandstand ticket holders and corporate guests will be allowed to do a pit lane walk, beginning at 9.20am.

The True Colour Track Walk is available for the first time this year. V8 Supercar fans can spend 70 minutes from 9.45am walking on the track, checking out the cars and getting autographs and photos with the drivers.



Besides the racing in various categories, the Disney Fun Zone will be open for the little ones from 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Mack the Transporter and Lightning McQueen will be there to keep the kids amused.

Ticket packages are good value with fantastic trackside viewing.

Merchandise is available over the weekend and there will be many displays on show.

Tickets are available via Ticketek and there are lots of price options depending on where you want to sit, reserved seating and VIP access.

Kids 14 and under get free trackside admission with each paying adult, and premium grandstand ticket holders will receive free V8 Supercars Paddock access and a pit lane walk experience.

Presale prices are much cheaper than at the gate prices.

Gates open at 8am each day, with the ticket box opening at 7.30am.
