Fun Run, fun rides, face painting, and fun food at festival
It is time for some good old-fashioned February family fun. The Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival is on Sunday 18th of February 2018 from 8:30 am.
There are events all day for kids, Mums and Dads. Start off with fitness first and join the FUN RUN with registration at 7:00
am. This is the Tough Tower Run run or walk, 1 or 2 laps. The first 200 entrants get a free tee shirt, so sign up quick.
Then after a Brekky snack from all the yummy foodie vendors, then get your unlimited rides armband for only $10. You might want to give your self a little break between food and rides just in case it upsets your tummy. Or explore the tiny town of Beaconsfield Upper, and stop in at Sally's Hamburgers for the best coffee in town. It is within walking distance with easy parking.

The magician will be entertaining all around the grounds and then you can get your face painted. What is your choice - butterfly or long? Or try your favourite AFL colours and then pit your skills against the Auskick Obstacle Course.
Other attractions are the animal farm, the reptile farm or the kids can "Tinker in the Toolshed". Mums, you might want to leave this to later in the day, because you might never get Dad out of there, much less the kids.
And this fab festival is a quick drive out of the city on the Monash or Eastern Freeways to Berwick, and then a quick drive up into the lush green hills of Upper Beaconsfield. There are shady trees, icy drinks and musicians performing, so you can relax and unwind in this pristine setting. There is more to see at www.ubvillagefest.org.au. Hope to see you there on the day for all these fabulous events.
