Are you crafty? Not the sneaky sort of crafty, I mean the knitting needle, crochet hook, sewing machine or embroidery type of crafty. Do you like a good cup of tea or coffee and good company in a relaxed environment? If so, then I may have the perfect place for you to take some time out.



Gather up your craft supplies and bundle yourself and a friend in the car and head to Unwind craft café in East Keilor.

The café is open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm and the lovely ladies who work there would love to have you join them for a cuppa and some crafting.



The store boasts crochet and knitting workshops, groups and lessons and all of these you can book by asking in-store or via the website.



The store is stocked with a colourful array of Bendigo woollen mills wool in a gorgeous range of colours and shades. Also in store are knitting needles and other supplies, crocket supplies, patchwork supplies, and lots of other miscellaneous craft supplies. It really is a one stop craft shop.

At the back of the store you will find a rack of beautiful Tanja Kozub knitwear to browse through along with a lots more handmade/hand crafted items made and ready for you to take home with you. The store is bursting with the most gorgeous items.

Once you have had a look through and found some new supplies or stocked up on things you are missing, join the regulars to the café for a coffee or Devonshire tea while relaxing in crafting heaven with great company.

The store/café accepts groups for visits and this had become a popular place for retirement villages and craft groups to visit.
Do you have a birthday or other special event coming up? Why not hold it in store. Simply book, invite your friends and let the lovely staff of unwind craft café take care of the details.

You can hold your function in store and they are able to accommodate 10 (min) to 15 (max) people. For just $29.95 per guest you have all the work done for you. This includes set up, clean up, food prep and serving of food to you and your guests.

You are able to bring your own cake and candles if you wish and additional drinks are available at café prices. Function times are as follows – Tuesday to Saturday 12pm to 3pm (subject to availability and you must book and pay no later than two weeks prior your event.

The café/store has gift vouchers for purchase so you can give your crafty friend a gift they will enjoy using.
