Established in 1997, Universal Insights has been visiting both Melbourne and country Victoria ever since. On offer are a variety of interesting stalls and workshops.
I visited the expo in Pakenham, and was delighted by the experience. The entry fee is $10.00 or $7.00 for concession, which includes twelve free, half-hour workshops throughout the day.
The crystal bowl meditation, held by healer and psychic, Benita Davis, was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The bowls, made almost purely of crystal, create a beautiful, resonating song to guide the meditation. Each of the notes played correspond with a certain chakra, cleansing and healing the body and mind.
Shaki, a talented clairvoyant, spoke about her experiences receiving insights from her angels. She gave advice on how to communicate with them, and delivered messages to the audience. Shaki's earlier workshop involved the power of the mind, both conscious and subconscious.
I stayed until the end of the day, immersing myself in the eclectic range of healing and thought provoking workshops. I had a spirit guide channeling by Benita, where she conveyed messages and drew me a beautiful picture of my guide, Selara.

Universal Insights provide a number of different channellings and readings, including tarot, palmistry, astrology and numerology. They also offer healing services such as massage, reiki and crystal healing. As well as the services on offer, you can purchase some lovely products, candles, crystals and incense being just a few.
