UNIQLO is going to keep you a little warmer this winter with the exciting return of last year's online game Hot or Cold. Head to the dedicated site on 25 June 2021 at 10am, 1pm and 4pm for a chance to redeem a FREE HEATTECH shirt (to the value of $19.90) in-stores. This iconic Japanese clothing retailer has 10,000 of this signature thermal shirt to giveaway, with 50% of the portion being donated to its 3 charity partners; Melbourne City Mission, St Vincent's Foundation and Thread Together.

How to Play The Game - Once online, you are to find 3 levels of HEATTECH shirts - HEATTECH, Extra Warm, Ultra Warm, by moving your cursor to find the invisible shirts which move in the unseen background. Your cursor acts as a heat seeker and will change colour to colder or warmer, to let you know if you're close or further from it. With limited quantities available, you're encouraged to get in early during the release slots. It's envisaged that 5000 of these shirts will be won quickly.

This year, there's a new feature of the giveaway to help at-risk communities. You will not only be able to WIN a FREE HEATTECH shirt; you'll also have the chance to gift one to someone in need by selecting from 1 of the 3 charities partnering with UNIQLO. They are in the best position to surprise and delight those that would most benefit from an added layer of warmth. Victoria's largest youth homelessness provider MCM (Melb City Mission) will distribute their shirts to young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness across their 9 youth refuges.

St Vincent's Foundation on the other hand provide theirs to healthcare workers and patients within their network, and Thread Together will share their items to over 300 grassroots charities supporting Australians doing it tough. This event is NOT just for Victorians, but for all UNIQLO fans nationwide who have the opportunity to go into a sweepstake to win 1 of 5, $500 UNIQLO vouchers to update their winter wardrobe.

This voucher can be used for a free HEATTECH to the maximum value of $19.90 which can be redeemed at any UNIQLO stores in Victoria for any of the following -

HEATTECH is one of UNIQLO's most notable innovations that has changed the way customers dress. As the name suggests, the material is the essence of cutting-edge technology that is warm, lightweight, and has a smooth feel on the skin. Comprising of four distinct yarns, the product uses moisture released from the body to generate heat and keep it from escaping. This innovative fabric also dries quickly by absorbing and releasing any moisture on the skin. HEATTECH delivers warmth in a single thin and comfortable layer, reducing bulk and increasing comfort.

This single thin layer combines an array of advanced technologies, including heat absorption, heat retention, soft texture, anti-odour, stretchable comfort, anti-static, moisture-wicking and quick-dry to provide a versatile and convenient fit for the wearer. HEATTECH technology is ever-evolving and today, there are three types of innerwear, suited to different settings and environments, each with a different level of warmth: - HEATTECH – for regular winter weather - HEATTECH Extra Warm – for colder days and is 1.5 times the warmth of HEATTECH - HEATTECH Ultra Warm – for the extreme cold and is 2.25 times the warmth/
