Celebrating 14 successful years, the 2019 Indonesian Film Festival kicks off in style with a prelude for FREE, Under The Stars. A special event held at the Immigration Museum Courtyard at 400 Flinders Street in the city, Filosofi Kopi 2: Ben & Jody will be screening from 6pm to 9.30pm. Though the film is FREE, you need to BOOK your FREE ticket, to keep track of numbers. Get in quick to avoid disappointment. 25 lucky winners will be picked randomly from those who RSVP'ed to receive a Yochi Buy 1 Get 1 voucher. Stay updated via the event page and keep in conversation on IFF's Facebook page.

Bring family and friends, and a picnic rug, for there'll be Indonesian snacks, coffee and a live performance by local pop-Acoustic band Klaudspirits before night falls and the film rolls. It's cash sales only at the venue, so come prepared to get your munchies. This is a 16 plus outdoor event, and in case of a change in weather (we are in Melbourne after all), the program will still run with some adjustments. This screening is part of Cultural Diversity Week (16-24 March 2019), Victoria's largest multicultural celebration that features an exciting program of festivals and events across the metro and regional areas. Under the Stars is presented in partnership with the Indonesian Film Festival (IFF) in collaboration with The University of Melbourne Indonesian Student Association.

Screening on the night - Filosofi Kopi Film 2: Ben & Jody (2017) Directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko. Starring Luna Maya, Chicco Jerikho, Nadine Alexandra and Rio Dewanto, the sequel takes place two years after the adventures of finding the best coffee beans and creating the best coffee. Deciding to take their coffee on the road across Indonesia in a reimagined kombi van, Ben and Jody's plans are disrupted when unexpected events occur. They need to rethink their plans, and fast! It challenges them to question their dreams and refocus on what their dream is now. They meet an investor named Tarra (Luna Maya) and a barista named Brie (Nadine Alexandra). These four personalities need to put aside their egos to reestablish the coffee shop.
