is on Lt Bourke St and it's very popular with the students and the office workers. The service is fast and prices are reasonable. When I went there, no one understood what I had requested, which was agedashi tofu.

Unfortunately the place was dirty. I had a chance to check out the bathrooms and they were unclean. There is outdoor and indoor seating, as it was hot, I chose to sit indoors.

The food redeemed the establishment somewhat. I had chirashi sushi ($13.90). The fish was fresh and the rice was cooked properly. It was the sushi rice that they used instead of the long grain one, but some of the fish meat wasn't cut properly as there were little bones everywhere.

Don't order the green tea unless you like drinking the leaves as well.

Best to head up the street to Gaijun Lunch bar
