A lot of people probably drive past without ever setting foot inside it. If you don't recognise the name, it's the park next to Galston Road just before the entrance to Galston Gorge.

The park mainly serves the residents living down Ulolo Avenue and other streets off Brett Avenue. I guess it's all in the name; .

This place is the most basic kind of local park you could find. It provides some open space and a little play equipment (mainly in the form of swings). There's also a table under a large tree and a seat near Galston Road.

Most of the park is located between Galston Road and Ulolo Avenue. However, the open strip of land it takes up does continue on the other side of Ulolo Avenue, all the way back to where the bushland starts.

Every family wants a park they can get to easily and the existence of within means nearby residents don't have to cross Galston Road. However, if they venture over the other side, they would be able to enjoy Montview Oval , just a little way down Montview Parade (which starts directly opposite the park). This oval has much more space, netball/tennis courts, a playground, a bike park and more.

Other parks in the area include Rofe Park , a major Hornsby sportsground with a dog park, fitness equipment and playground, and Leonora Close Park , another small local park but one that has benefited from new equipment recently, unlike .
