This is not a fairytale for the very young. This is the fairytale for those of us who still believe in miracles and in 'landing on your ass so you can fly'.

Ugly Duckling is the new cabaret show at The Butterfly Club** running from 18 to 24 September at 8.30pm nightly. From the amazing costumes and sparkling makeup to the songs and accent of Ugly Duckling (Karla Hillman) herself, it is a night of entertainment and enlightenment, all rolled into one and covered with soft yellow down.



The songs you know and love, the concepts you are well aware of and the struggles are ones that everyone has faced at one time or another.



She wants to be famous. She wants to be accepted. She wants to belong. She wants to be a swan. She wants to... only to find out that you 'either land on your ass and dust yourself off or fly'.



Fly with Ugly Duckling nightly at 8.30 at The Butterfly Club. Tickets are $32/$28 and $26 members.
