As a sucker for a bargain, I ended up buying a hardcover, grey-felt and leather trim notebook ($5), a Star Wars Calendar ($2), and a fox sleeping eye-mask ($3).
New stock arrives multiple times a week, depending upon overstocks from other stores. At the moment, Typo is trialling the location as a pop-up for three months (ending March) however if successful, then it may continue into a permanent outlet store.
