Two Trees is a delightful and humble addition to the Brisbane scene. After a recent paintjob, you can't help but be intrigued by the green building that was once hidden on this busy street.
I ventured to Two Trees earlier this week for a quick breakfast before work after another lovely stroll along the river. And wasn't I pleasantly surprised. Cute, quirky, quaint. The café itself is small, however has a certain charm which has left me with a desire to return. You can relax with the cool tunes playing through the stereo or a pile of magazines inside while you watch the world go by.
The menu is simple and provides you with honest home style meals at a very affordable price. Breakfast and lunch can be accounted for, as well as beautiful looking (and smelling!) sweet treats on the bench to tempt your tastebuds.
We ordered the Mini Breakkie Burger (on an amazingly soft Brioche bun) and a Toasted Bagel (seriously, how good are bagels!). The coffee is made with love and tasted great. All this for $20 for two! Yes please!
