A classic and timeless comedy that's not to be missed

Originally premiering at Ensemble Theatre in March 2017 to great acclaim, Jim Cartwright's timeless two-hander comedy, Two returns to the stage for a strictly limited season this March.

Featuring stage and screen legends, Brian Meegan and Kate Raison, who will skilfully play 14 characters, this is an unmissable event for Sydney theatre lovers.

Set in a country pub, Two invites the audience to pull up a stool for a night and meet the regulars - a motley crew of eccentric and hilarious individuals, each with their own story to tell. In particular, the publicans themselves – a married couple with an unspoken secret.

Funny, heart-warming and poignant, Two was a smash-hit when it premiered at the Ensemble in 2017. The production is directed by Ensemble Theatre's Artistic Director Mark Kilmurry, who said "Jim Cartwright is a master at balancing comedy with the bittersweet, and Two is one of his finest plays. I am thrilled to be working with Kate Raison and Brian Meegan again, perfect casting, perfect play."

Two is a masterclass in acting as Brian Meegan (TV's Rake and Devil's Dust and Ensemble Theatre's The Norman Conquest Trilogy) and Kate Raison (TV's Wonderland and All Saints and Ensemble Theatre's The Good Doctor) seamlessly morph from one character into the next, weaving an entertaining and touching look at the human spirit and people's desire to connect.

Two plays at Lennox Theatre at Riverside Theatres from 5th to 7th March and 2pm on 6th March 2019. Performances are at 7.45pm.

Tickets are now on sale and priced as follows: Adult $56, Concession $51. Discounts available for Riverside Theatres' Members. Transaction fees may apply.

Secure your tickets today at riversideparramatta.com.au/show/two or from the Box Office (02) 8839 3399.
