With food allergies and food intolerances in our household, sometimes it's hard for us to buy store-bought foods that my family can eat. We mostly have to make things from scratch and use ingredients that suit our family member's dietary requirements.
Pizza is always going down well for lunch and dinner at our place. We usually make our own pizza, including the pizza dough from scratch.
I'll introduce you to easy two-ingredient pizza dough. You only need a flour of your choice and Greek yoghurt (but you can use any plain yogurt). I don't usually measure how much flour and yogurt to make this pizza dough, just combine them until its forms dough that is not too sticky. You just have to add more flour if it's too runny or yoghurt if it's too dry. That's it! As simple as that! The rest of the process will be the same as you normally making your own pizza dough.
Spread flour on your kitchen bench and roll out the dough. Put pizza base sauce and any toppings that you like. Put it in the oven and enjoy it after it's cooked. Bon appetit!
