Two Fat Monks is a new cafe that is conveniently located just across the road from Fairfield Railway Station. It's been brilliantly decked out with a modern industrial feel. A herb garden decorates and provides greenery and fresh key ingredients for the chefs to use.

I had selected the spicy corn cob with chipotle mayo from the lunch menu. It tasted just as good as it looked. Served with a hash brown, crispy bacon and greens on the side. As a vegetarian, I gave the bacon away, but enjoyed the rest of the dish. Ordered a freshly squeezed beetroot, carrot and ginger juice too!

Great place with an option to sit a private booth or alfresco near the large span of retractable windows. Perfect cafe to meet up for breakfast, lunch or a coffee break.
