Indie Rockers Sing Irish Medleys for Aussie Ears
When the Splendour in the Grass lineup was announced back in March, the anticipation led to a sellout of tickets in less than two hours.

Luckily some bands who will be playing the festival have announced a number of satellite concerts around Australia, before and after Splendour 2017 is in the history books. One of the most anticipated groups who will be playing additional shows is Two Door Cinema Club.

The Irish rockers will be celebrating ten years together when they arrive in Melbourne on July 25th, bringing with them their infectious and catchy blend of pop rock.

Singles "What you Know", "Bad Decisions", and "This is the Life" will be instantly recognisable to anyone who has ever listened to Triple J for any length of time, or seen a car commercial in between episodes of My Kitchen Rules.

Two Door Cinema Club will be playing Melbourne Festival Hall, supported by Queensland rockers The Creases and Last Dinosaurs.

TDCC has been touring the globe the past few months in promotion of their third studio album Gameshow, which was released last October to positive reviews. Their Melbourne show is an all-ages affair and is sure to include a few sing-a-longs and numbers that will have those on the floor nodding their heads and moving to the beat.

General Admission tickets are still available, and those who were unable to grab tickets to Splendour prior to their sellout can take some solace in attending what is sure to be a fantastic evening of rock and roll.
