So clever, and it is such a shame that this cafe is not open on weekends. It is a shame as their coffee and their cakes are really something. Never ever underestimate food court food and coffee in some cases; otherwise you will be missing out on so much greatness. This is where the Two Black Sheep fit in. Situated at 580 George Street; in a busy locale which is perfect for business if take away coffee is your thing. This food court is quite ordinary and nothing overly spectacular. Disappointing for Sydney (quality) coffee in a way.

You would be forgiven for thinking that Two Black Sheep is so out of place as their coffee and cakes are more deserving of a quality eat in establishment rather than a quick take away oasis. Sure there is a wooden bench nearby where you can sit on one of the three stools off hand, yet this does not do the experience any justice. The high traffic of corporates and young people heading towards the cinema side of George Street, and the traffic to and from nearby busy Town Hall Station says 'forget it' loud and clear, especially with the piles of MX newspapers stocked up from the early afternoon onwards. If you need to sit down and enjoy your coffee and/or cake from this establishment, then head to the food court upstairs; otherwise patience is a virtue and make your way to nearby Hyde Park and enjoy the well made barista coffee there.
