It may sound daunting but organisers say it will be an inclusive event designed to celebrate the body and encourage self-acceptance.
"It's always nerve-wracking going into the unknown. But together we hope to make a space that is safe, inviting and comfortable for all you brave souls who decide to join us on this journey," they say.
It will be a session of restorative yoga, set to a soundtrack in a candlelit room followed by guided meditation.
Organisers say without the "restraint of clothes" participants can see and feel each posture in a different way. The one hour class will be held at 5pm on Sunday May 3. To take part in the class, you must book online.
