The award-winning education centre, TwistED Science, is now in Moorabbin! Come and discover this hands-on, family-friendly, science-based playzone, jam-packed with interactive play stations and engaging exhibits for all ages from crawling tots to adults!There are three huge spaces to explore: a Tangerine Playzone which has a dedicated area for toddlers 2 years and under, plus an extensive area for children 5 years and under. The Blue and Green Playzones are designed for children aged over 5 years up to adults! TwistED Science aims to promote interest, learning and creativity in science and technology, through creative, imaginative and enjoyable experiences. Importantly, each exhibit is designed not to intimidate or confuse, and everything is up for touching and exploring to create a one of a kind TwistED Science adventure! Highlights include the use of augmented reality to discover how water flows; the chance to beat your friends in a reaction speed test; racing balls in and around tracks and tubes; designing and testing your own paper flying machines, and an exciting bubble-making room!
