is a new farm stay located only 2 hours west of region not too far from Toowoomba. Tweeters is a fantastic place for a fun-filled family weekend with numerous great activities for the whole family. What's even better is that you can bring your dog with you too!



Things to do at Tweeters

Here is a quick list of things to do at Tweeters which will keep the family busy for the entire weekend! Feed the farm animals - Tweeters has pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs and a pony. Kids are welcome to help feed the animals twice daily.
Bush walking - Tweeters is situated on a gorgeous 72 acre property complete with a 85 metre gorge and creek. There are some fantastic walks across the property.



Drink local wine & watch the sunset - as the sun goes down grab a seat at the cliff top bar and try

some local wines in a gorgeous setting.

Eat amazing food - Thuy serves up some fantastic food at Tweeters. She serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Roast marshmallows around the campfire - as the temperate drops the kids will love helping to collect wood for the fire and then roasting marshmallows over the fire.

Spot native animals - being a property on 72 acres of bushland you can see some fantastic native Australian animals here such as koalas, bandicoots even a couple of peacocks.

Do nothing! If your kids allow it - I'd highly recommend finding an hour or two to do nothing. There are multiple beautiful spots to take a cup of tea and just admire the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Play games or read a book by the fireplace. On a cold day, there is nothing better than getting the family together for a board game in the living area by the toasty fireplace. Tweeters has plenty of board games you can borrow as well as books and magazines.

Pick your own vegetables from the garden. The kids will love picking their own vegetables straight from the vegetable garden and better still, watching Thuy turn them into delicious meals.

Swim in the dam or creek. When the weather is warm the kids will love splashing about in the dam or the creek at the bottom of the gorge.

Things to around Tweeters

If you get bored at Tweeters there is heaps to explore nearby too including the Crows Nest National Park, Ravensbourne National Park, Bunya Mountains National Park and various wineries too.

Staying at Tweeters

Rooms at Tweeters cost $150 per night. They have 4 queen rooms and 2 rooms with 2 sets of bunks in them (so sleeping 4 kids in each room). Each room has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Discounts apply for multiple nights so for a family of 2 adults and 3 children is $540 for a weekend.
