Tutti Frutti in Melbourne Central lets you serve your own yogurt. It's kind of fun.
You simply select the cup size you want (they're all pretty big), dispense your frozen yoghurt (there are heaps of flavours), add your toppings (heaps again), weigh your creation and then pay (probably more than you'd expect).
Their yoghurt is 98% fat free and it's gluten free.
Yoghurt flavours include: strawberry, cheese cake, green tea, peach, orange, peanut butter, cappuccino and chocolate.
Toppings include: almonds, Oreo cookies, raspberry compote and kiwi fruit.
I chose a small cup with vanilla yoghurt and I added strawberries, passion fruit pulp, a granola mix, and coconut shavings. It was delicious, but a terrible substitute for dinner.
My creation weighed 211 grams, and cost about $6. For that price, I probably wouldn't eat at Tutti Frutti regularly, but it was cool for the novelty factor.
