is a space that's almost spilling over with facilities (literally I mean, as what couldn't fit here seems to have been put over the road at Karuah Oval ).

A large oval is of course one of the main features of the sportsground, and it's used for cricket, soccer and athletics (there are running tracks around the edges). On the other side of the oval's fence is a path.

Around the oval there are lots of trees and among these are some seats. Much of this ground has not been levelled and the slope allows for a better view of what's going on out on the field.

If the oval doesn't tire you out, there are two sets of tennis courts as well (four courts in total). These courts sit on either side of a fenced playground with equipment for kids and seating for parents.

As its name suggests, does have a memorial, which can be found near Eastern Road and Karuah Road. Nearby is an area of fitness equipment and more open space.

Dogs are permitted at the park, but it is a time shared area, so they must be on a leash between 9.30am to 4.30pm (Eastern Standard Time) and 9.30am to 6.00pm (Daylight Savings Time). There are never allowed on the oval.

If there's anything you want that's not here, you may be able to find it at Karuah Oval , which unsurprisingly offers another oval, as well as batting cages, fitness equipment and a dog park. Both of the parks share parking bays on Karuah Road.
