Turkey meets the Roast Collection event at the Lezzet Restaurant. The modern space with touches of the Ottoman era and wood-burning ovens set the scene for a Turkish spit roast lunch and dinner. Head chef Kemal Barut has created a spice-filled menu of smoky dips, warm Turkish bread and coal-fire roasted Victorian lamb, chicken and duck.
