Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

While attending university, I was in a fellow dormer's dorm room. She had tuna salad on saltines and asked me if I would like some. I had never had tuna salad. So, I am now ever since hooked on tuna salad!

However, saltines are not the only way to have your tuna salad! I like tuna salad on burger buns, flour tortillas and toast also! Tuna salad is such a frugal meal. When grocery money is low too.

These are all that you need.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise
Diced onion
Mustard
Tuna
Buns

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix half jar of mayonnaise, diced onion to your liking, one-fourth cup of mustard and 2 cans of tuna.



After mixing, layer on burger buns, flour tortillas or toast. Don't forget saltines!

You can find almost ingredients at the local dollar, store, except for possibly the onions. The onions at the local grocery store are not all that expensive, so do not worry.

Tuna salad sandwiches are awesome as tea party sandwiches or any gathering!
