Make your Tuesday nights, Trivia Tuesday nights
Trivia nights are dime a dozen in Melbourne, but host Tristan Harris from RRR, and The Spotted Mallard's exceptional burgers and chips, are a match made in trivia heaven.

Fact Hunt Trivia questions are on music, TV, and movies (no geography or sports questions here, it's Brunswick after all!), with themed, name-that-song-and-artist and movie quotes rounds, as chosen by the previous week's losing team.

Also in the mix are a couple of games of heads-and-tails, for jug of beer/cider for your table; a puzzle sheet of name-that-celeb, and band anagrams; and an art-therapy sheet, as a throw back to your bored, high school days of doodling in maths class.

Prizes include vouchers for The Spotted Mallard, bags of chips (crisps) and, highly sought-after Fantales.

Menu selections include the best burgers and chips I think I have ever eaten - personal favourites include the mushroom burger, squash and haloumi burger, and the pulled pork burger. The menu caters for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. The serving size of the chips with aioli is not for the faint-hearted!

Round 1 starts at 8pm and usually wraps up at 10.15pm, once final scores and prizes are announced. But you're invited to hang back for the art show, displayed on the stage, from the art therapy round.

It's free to play but pre-book at samanda@spottedmallard.com

Note: Trivia won't be held on Tuesday 10 March (there is a pre-booked gig on instead), but it returns on 17 March, with a special Harry Potter night!
