T's Vietnamese Classics, situated within the Preston Market, serves without a doubt the freshest and most authentic Vietnamese food I have tasted in Melbourne.

Similar to a hawker stall, it is easily overlooked. A takeaway section fronts the establishment.

Half a dozen stools, line up against the breakfast bench to the left of the establishment (through glass door), allowing customers to sit and eat. The seating overlooks the busy kitchen which equals beautiful chaos.

The staff literally do not stop. One can be entertained just watching them in their preparation.

All their meals are around $8 and are an absolute delight. One will only find fresh, authentic meals made at this local Preston gem.

I can suggest the braised pork with vermicelli noodles. This dish is a winner amongst my friends and I.

Pork that is so tender and the coriander, lettuce, mint and carrot couldn't be any fresher. (You would almost believe they have their own veggie patch hiding somewhere.)

Each meal comes with a complimentary glass of green tea, which is a nice touch.

Whether you are looking for breakfast options, such as eggs sunny side up or Vietnamese-style pho, or lunch options such as noodles, rice and soup dishes, T's Vietnamese Classics is the place to go.

Are you a coffee connoisseur? Have you tried a Vietnamese coffee yet? Well, now is your chance. Authentic Vietnamese coffee is available at T's Vietnamese Classics and if that's not enough to draw you in, well then check out the nifty coffee apparatus they use to make it for you. It will make your wheels spin.

I can assure you, you will not be disappointed when you venture here to fill your belly. The fresh ingredients used at T's Vietnamese Classics along with their sincere and helpful customer service, set them apart from other Vietnamese restaurants within the area, fighting for business.

When your food is this good, the word will spread, naturally.
I'm here to push that 'good word' along a bit.
