Imagine the crowd cheering as you swing and hit a winning home run. Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club is inviting boys and girls 4 – 16 years to try baseball Saturday 29 July and Sunday 6 August from 10 am to 12 noon on both days at the western end of Timbrell Park in Five Dock.

It's a fantastic opportunity to learn some baseball skills and tips from the talented Five Dock Falcon senior players and coaches. And be sure to work up an appetite learning baseball basics because afterwards there's a free sausage sizzle for children who participate.

While baseball has made it's way to Australia, more than 100 countries are part of the International Baseball Federation. And for those aspiring to international level, Australia's National women's baseball team, The Emeralds, and men's team, Southern Thunder are an important part of the world of baseball.
