Get down with some delicious street food trucked in for you

This Friday night, the food trucks are taking over the Fortitude Valley for Truck-In and Tuck-In as part of Brisbane City Council's Vibrant Laneways program. All your favourite roving food vans will be parked on Bridge Street from 5pm along with an outdoor stage with live music.
My personal favourite, The Bun Mobile will be serving up their famous slow cooked meat burgers on steamed buns which are always a winner with the crowds. Joining them are Char Baby, Pizzantica and a raft of other street food sellers serving up unique and delicious foods.
The Vibrant Laneways program was designed to activate unused or forgotten spaces in Brisbane to rejuvenate local spots and allow the community to access them. The laneways in the CBD and Valley have been undergoing huge facelifts in recent years which have seen new businesses, eateries and common spaces developed for people to sit, eat, relax and enjoy.
