Exercise for the brain making trivia no guilt fun
Trivia commonly refers to bits of information and data that are of little value. I totally disagree with this assessment. Those totally useless bits of information and data have been a boon to my social life, allowing me to meet new people and hone my communication skills, all in the name of having fun.

Did you know that Trivia is good for your health? Just like your body benefits from exercise, so does the brain. The frontal cortex of the brain plays a major role in processing our memories. Trivia questions engage the frontal cortex and exercise it.

Trivia Nights in and around my local area also generally mean a night away from the kitchen and a meal out. Trivia Nights equate to Date Nights. That makes all those little pieces of information very valuable indeed.

Here's a list of the current weekly Trivia Nights held in Cleveland, in Brisbane's Redlands.

There's nothing on the television, so why not rock up to a Trivia Night. They finish early enough, especially for a "school night". And then there are those added health benefits.
