This is a beautiful little exhibition for SALA featuring the work of artists Jacob Logos, Holly Younger and Georgia Cheesman.



The exhibition is located in One Small Room; a sweet little shop at 6-10 Elizabeth street in Croydon. It is famous for mid century furniture, books, art and homewares among other things. With beautiful coffee shops on either side, it is the perfect place to visit after you sample a hot beverage.



Georgia Cheesman is an accomplished Lino printmaker. Her intricate work recalls the treasures discovered while hunting and gathering, seeking and traveling. Her works are all in vintage frames and would look stunning on any wall.



One of the great things about this gallery was meeting one of the featured artists, Georgia. She manages the store and is happy to show you around.



Jacob Logos has produced an array of transfer drawings and which have been selected from sketches, drawings and paintings that he produced during a months residency in South America in 2010.



Holly Younger has produced some delightful mixed media works on canvas. They are bright and vibrant, capturing the warmth and excitement of a summers day.



Treasures from Other Worlds is open until the end of August, why not drop into One Small Room.
