Treasure at the Old Museum – Free Children Friendly

Who doesn't love learning how to make a medieval sword, a nature crown or new circus tricks to wow family and friends?

Catch Sprig and Magnolia, aka The Collectors at The Old QLD Museum, for a jam-packed morning and afternoon of storytelling, singing, rhyming in this immersive interactive event that will sure to captivate any little cherub. This whimsical three-hour event will transport children to the fantasy village of LittleLeaf, where Sprig and Magnolia will use props and visuals from Adeline Eden's herb garden, a jar of honey from Harry B. Brown's bees, along with a trove of other mysterious objects to tell a magical story.

Joining Sprig and Magnolia, the talented people from Reverse Garbage, Flipside Circus and Creative Kids Brisbane will join in on the fun by offering clay sculpture workshop, wearable art workshops such as nature crown and sword crafting, juggling, plate spinning, hula hoop, min-tramps and acrobatic workshops. Bring the whole family, including Grandma and Grandpa, for some happy snaps and make the most of the day by hosting a picnic at the beautiful historical building. This free event is a ticketed event and bookings are essential. For further information and bookings, check out www.eventbrite.com.au/e/treasure-at-the-old-museum-tickets-87076946491
