After skimming the menu stuck on the exterior glass window, we went in and were immediately serviced with table water and menus. The atmosphere was very calming and at the back of the restaurant, there was a fish tank which was very beautiful.

My friend and I both chose the crispy skin chicken egg noodles which could be accompanied with soup or without. Once our orders were taken, we were promptly presented with a plate of brussels sprouts and sliced lemon. In a mere 5 minutes or so, we were presented with generous servings of noodles and a plate of crispy chicken. It was a very large bowl of noodles complemented with various vegetables such as carrots and green leafy lettuce.
The egg noodles were cooked to perfection and were not dominated by MSG or extra flavours. The plate of crispy skin chicken was accompanied by a light but sweet sauce sprinkled with small garlic pieces and thinly grated carrots. We were extremely delighted with the food as it was very filling and delicious.
As we were enjoying our meals, more and more people were flowing into the restaurant. At around 7pm, the restaurant was bustling with people and aromatic food. We were very lucky that we found this Vietnamese gem early on that Saturday night.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and food that was presented to us and Tre Viet is sure to have my repeat business.
