TrainStation Dance and Fitness is an independent gender-neutral dance and fitness studio located in St Kilda, offering a fantastic range of innovative casual classes and inspiring courses.

The inviting studio offers something a little different from the usual fitness studio (think pole dancing and circus hoop and aerial silks), but regardless of what course you choose, you will build your strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and increase your flexibility.

Best of all, you don't need any experience to get started as the friendly instructors will be happy to guide you and tailor any of the exercises or moves to your needs.

Presented in a supportive and social atmosphere, the classes are perfect for those who want to try something new.

Bookings are now open for both casual group fitness classes and courses in pole fitness and dance, aerial hoop, aerial silks, strengthening and conditioning, and stretch.

TrainStation Dance and Fitness also offer open practice times, private tuition/personal training and the studio can also be hired.

The instructors are also available to perform at festivals and corporate events.

If you're tired of your run-of-the-mill fitness classes, get your feet off the ground and be amazed at what you can achieve with TrainStation Dance and Fitness.
