You will need to print your tickets or have them available for viewing on a digital device. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your departure time, but do not enter the platform until Melbourne passengers have disembarked. This is in order to prevent overcrowding of the passenger platform.
There are buses available free of charge to transfer one-way travel customers. Bookings are essential, book your (free) tickets to secure your place.
