Nestled in Fitzroy Gardens is one of the oldest buildings in Australia. Cooks' Cottage was originally built in 1775 in England and relocated to Melbourne in 1934. Throughout December, the Cottage will be dressed up in true Christmas style. You will step back in time with the centuries-old antiques and people dressed in 18th-century costumes. They will share how an 18th century family celebrates Christmas. There are also interpretations of Captain Cook's adventures and a comprehensive fact sheet for a self-guided tour. Don't miss this popular Melbourne attraction during the festive period.
