I am always looking out for new experiences, wherever I may find myself.
It's store full of toys so you know your kids will relish the idea of spending the a day here. But during the July school holidays you won't have to splash out any money on toys, because Toys 'R' Us stores around Sydney are holding a number of free events.
On Saturday July 7 between 10am and 12pm stores will be holding a Creativity for Kids Craft Workshop, where kids can make their own Foam Plane, Flower Magnet, Hand Print or a Bobble Head Dog! Only the first 50 kids will be able to participate.
On Wednesday July 11, between 10am and 12pm, there will be a Crayola Creativity Studio in Toys 'R' Us stores. Here kids can take a look at Crayola's Colour Neon Explosion, Colour Wonder and Giant Colouring Pages and make a Princess Tiara or Mask.
There will also be a Marvel Super Hero Saturday on Saturday July 14 at 10am and 1pm, where children are encouraged to come into any Toys 'R' Us store and create their own superhero identity at an In Store Party.
There will be a best dressed competition at this event for kids who come dressed as their favourite hero, along with crafts and activities and an appearance from Spiderman at the Moore Park and Parramatta stores. Registration is required.
Most stores should hold these events and you can find Toys 'R' Us in Bankstown, Campbelltown, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Erina, Hurstville, Kotara, Liverpool, Miranda, Moore Park, Parramatta, Penrith and Wollongong. Keep in mind that parental supervision is required for all events.
