The animated movie, a comedy/drama in which a young girl's five emotions are characters that help her cope with a move from her home in the Midwest to San Francisco, has an 89% liked rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is described as "creative, clever, heartfelt, and beautifully animated" by Common Sense Media.
A film for the whole family, it is conceptually clever, stimulating the imagination, and is entertaining throughout.
Be sure to pack your preferred seating for the event - picnic blanket, beanbag or camping chair - and all other comforts required for an evening of cinema under the stars, including snacks and beverages. I recommend popcorn, a flask of tea and warm clothing and blankets - it always gets chilly as soon as the sun sets and the movie starts!
Stalls will also be selling eats and drinks on site on the night.
The movie and this event is family friendly and everyone in the community is invited to this free screening. Register your intent to attend here. Bookings are essential but you don't need to bring a ticket with you to the event.
The event starts at 7.30pm, with the movie starting after sunset.
