You can enjoy a guided tour and behind-the-scenes glimpse into the iconic JamFactory Adelaide studios, galleries and shops. Please note that visitors must wear closed-toed shoes to participate in tours.

Free Guided Tours
On Mondays to Wednesdays at 11 am, you can come to this 30-minute FREE guided tour. This tour will be capped at 10 people only. Please note that this tour is strictly not for school or community groups to attend.

Group Tours
These 30-minute group tours are for family, friends, schools, seniors and community groups. Available on Mondays to Wednesdays, starting from 10 am to 4 pm. It will be $5 per person for a group of 20 or a minimum spend of $100, and additional guests will be $5 per person.

Private Experience (Couple) Tour
Enjoy a VIP tour experience through the gallery and shop and go behind the scenes in JamFactory glass, ceramics, furniture and jewellery/metal studios. Guests will receive an iconic Kink Oil Bottle or two Good Morning Mugs. There will be morning or afternoon session available from Monday to Friday. The cost will be $480 per couple.

Private Experience – Group Tour
Enjoy a VIP tour experience through the gallery and shop and go behind the scenes in the glass, ceramics, furniture and jewellery/metal studios. Guests receive a complimentary coffee/tea or alcoholic beverage. There will be morning or afternoon session available from Monday to Friday. A $40 per person with a minimum spend of $400.
