Sharksploitation fans won’t want to miss this "jawsome" new short horror film, written and directed by Ryan Svirac.
Starring Crystal Della Posta and Eddie Stowers, this harrowing tale of love, lost hopes, and survival takes a deadly turn after a helicopter crash in shark-infested waters. As terror and tension rise, the couple must face, not only the dangers of the sea, but the unresolved emotions between them.
You’d never guess it from the stunning quality of the film, but
Torn Apartwas shot on a shoestring budget of just $400, brought to life through countless favours and three months of hard work within Western Australia. The writing and acting deliver powerful, heartfelt emotion, while the beautiful cinematography captures the raw intensity of the story, immersing viewers in a visual and emotional experience. Captured on a Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K, the film was made possible thanks to generous contributions from Artlist, Motion Array, RAAFA Aviation Museum, Challenge Marine, Balga Leisure Centre, and a dedicated team of talented cast & crew.
I really hope the team behind this "fintastic" film, which I'm giving a 9/10, will get it onto the big screen in the near future, but until then, you can support this West Aussie production company by
